Alex Fan, the President of Crestridge Consulting, attended the completion ceremony of Chongqing Nanshang Investment's acquisition of HTI Group in Detroit on Oct 3, 2017. Previously Nanshang Investment signed the 100% stock purchase agreement with HTI Robotics Manufacturing with total transaction amount of fifty million dollars, and this is the latest case where Chinese companies purchase robotic objectives of robotic designing and manufacturing in other countries.
